With the concert season now underway, Cosmos is pleased to have wrapped up another successful campaign with the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra. Having worked together since 2012, this marks the 6th year Cosmos has partnered with the HPO for Performing Arts Marketing services. The partnership sees Cosmos engaging with past and present fans while offering a level of personal service that is often forgotten these days.
All parties have been pleased with the results to date, but this year saw Cosmos set a new personal best for the HPO. What’s really exciting is that Cosmos’ year over year results have mirrored the steady growth of the HPO in general, which is a great sign for the music, arts and culture landscape in Hamilton.
Cosmos’ Manager of Business Operations, Rebecca Meneray, has led the account for the past few years. When asked about this years campaign, she said:
“It has been extremely exciting to be a part of the HPO’s continued growth as major player in the Hamilton entertainment community over the past few years. Cosmos has been very fortunate to work alongside an organization that has such an overwhelmingly passionate and dedicated subscriber base. Our results from this year’s campaign are truly a testament to the talent and passion of those within the HPO organization, as well as the hard work and dedication of our sales team. We are extremely pleased to have surpassed our goals for this year, and look forward to setting new targets and breaking more records in campaigns to come.”
In what have become two of their marquee shows each season, this weekend the HPO will host it’s annual Hamilton Remebers Show. To wrap up the 2017 calendar year, Home for the Holidays will return to delight concert goers with holiday carols and family favourites from the big screen.
With strong roots in Sports Marketing, Cosmos has grown to specialize in working with Performing Arts organizations such as the HPO. Faced with a similar business model to sports teams, Cosmos has seen success transferring it’s expertise in ticket sales from sports to the performing arts world, and hopes to continue to grow it’s partnerships in this area.
