The Newest Hockey Team In The AHL Calls Upon Cosmos Sports

 
Friday, September 11, 2009: Cosmos Sports has recently partnered up with the newest AHL hockey team, the Abbotsford Heat, to help provide assistance with their ticket sales and create awareness for the upcoming 2009/2010 season. Cosmos Sports will help the Heat sell season ticket packages, group sales packages, flex packs and individual tickets to help generate revenue for the club. The Heat is also providing a special occasion for all fans to come and receive a free tour of their newest facility.

The Abbotsford Heat is the newest American Hockey League team for this upcoming 2009-2010 season. They are the Calgary Flames affiliate team and they are the only team in the league that is located in the Western part of Canada. The Abbotsford Heat first originated in 1987 as the Utica Devils. From 1987 the franchise has changed there name five times since they first originated and are now starting with a fresh start as the Abbotsford Heat.

Cosmos Sports has worked with many sports teams and organizations in the past including The Buffalo Bills and The Rogers Cup. Most recent Cosmos Sports is working with The Toronto Nationals and The St. Michaels Majors.
