Friday, July 24, 2007: Cosmos Sports is returning with their renowned program, the Cosmos Sports Institute (CSI) on August 17th 2009. Cosmos Sports Institute GUARANTEES placement with a sports organization upon completion of the course, the only guarantee of its kind in Canada. This program is an intensive two-week program providing in-depth training in ticket sales. The program also consists of comprehensive theory study including effective lead generation techniques, consumer relations, and much more. In addition to valuable theory study, Cosmos Sports is a firm believer that practical training is also essential to success. CSI allows their students to participate in skill-building workshops through phone sales to gain real-life experience while being coached by experts in the field.
 
Admissions for the program beginning August 17th are now open. Acceptance is very competitive as there will only be five successful applicants. This allows for an intimate learning environment for participants to maximize the experience and gain the most knowledge from the course. To be considered, applicants are required to submit an application form, resume, and 500-word essay describing your passion and aspirations for entering the sports industry. This is your chance to gain a leg up and break into exciting world of sports! There is NO FINANCIAL RISK to apply as only accepted candidates will be processed.
 
Placements from the 3rd CSI include Edmonton Oilers/Rexall Sports Corporation, North York Astros/Italia Shooters (CSL), Abbotsford Heat (AHL) and Tidal Ticketing. Placements from previous CSI courses include; Toronto Marlies, Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL), Toronto Argonauts, and the Royal Canadian Golf Association.
