COSMOS GOES BACK TO SCHOOL
Friday, July 18, 2014 - This past week, Cosmos Sports continued it's strong work within Canadian university athletics, beginning partnerships with both the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) Ooks and the Mount Alison Mounties.
For NAIT, Cosmos will conduct a one-day “professional development training” on sales and marketing staff. The goal of the training will be to increase ticket sales, attendance, and the overall revenue through the use of strategic planning and methods, both of which will be presented by Cosmos Sports. Cosmos was in Sacville, NB last week meeting with the athletic department of Mount Allison University. Like many CIS Schools, Mount Alison is looking to increase the revenues within their athletic department and specifically through ticket sales. Cosmos spent a full day with their team and is currently preparing a ticket sales and revenue generation strategy for the university.
To Cosmos, this is not only another client – to them, it is only the beginning. Though Cosmos has had many university clients in the past, including their current partnership with the Carleton Ravens, they are looking to further branch out and aid more schools. Cosmos envisions the growth of Canadian university sports to rival the growth of American schools.
Cosmos Sports is looking forward to fruitful relationships with these organizations.
