Monday, October 15th 2012: Despite traveling to Montreal, Quebec for the conference, Cary was not far from home when discussing Ticket Sales. As a Ticket Sales expert with previous experience working with the National Hockey League (NHL), Chicago Cubs, and Houston Rockets, Cary was looking forward to this speaking opportunity. It is always an exciting opportunity to apply Cosmos Sports' proven ticket sales strategies and expertise within a different context, in this case Tennis. Linda Clark, Vice President of Tournament Relations for the ATP World Tour, commented that:

Although the ATP World Tour 2012 Tennis Season is coming to a close, many of the world's top tennis executives were hard at work over the past weekend at the ATP Americas Conference. The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) is the international body responsible for coordinating the professional Tennis tour for men. This year's workshop had an impressive list of attendees, including representatives from major tournaments in North and South America, such as the Rogers Cup, Western and Southern Open, BNP Paribas Open, Sony Open, and SAP Open. The ATP organizes the conference biyearly which features expert panels, and various workshops touching on relevant topics such as marketing, branding, sponsorships, and ticket sales. As one of North America's leading Sports Marketing Consultants, one of the five experts speaking on the Ticket Sales panel was Cosmos Sports President, Cary Kaplan.

Answering various questions for approximately an hour alongside other notable panelists such as Mike Lehr, Executive Vice President of Business Development with Sharks Sports & Entertainment, Cary was able to demonstrate his vast knowledge and understanding of the ticket sales world. The panel specifically discussed ticket sales topics such as customer retention, methods of driving ticket sales, ticket pricing strategies, and new ticket sales initiatives
