Friday, January 14, 2011 Recently, Cary Kaplan, president of sports marketing agency Cosmos Sports, delivered a thought provoking workshop to approximately twenty American Hockey League (AHL) franchises with over fifty AHL executives in attendance.

The two-day workshop based in Cleveland, Ohio focused primarily on strategies, solutions and benefits regarding new season ticket sales and customer retention. The practical nature of the workshop was received well by those in attendance and was considered a success by all involved.
