The initial feedback has been extremely positive and well received. After the presentation, Jeff Morander, the Vice-President of Ticketing Strategy for the NHL, stated;
"Cary Kaplan of Cosmos Sports conducted a thought provoking training session for over 50 diverse NHL Club and League executives. The presentation, with a strong focus on how empowering employees and fans leads to dramatically increasing Club revenues, was very well received and had our entire Service & Retention group engaged. Having spent much of my career in the ticket sales industry, this was an effective presentation, consistent with our NHL 'One Voice' ticketing foundation. Cary was also open to different points of view based on unique market challenges. I recommend Cosmos Sports' training to any team or league - it's logical and addresses topical issues in our industry."
