Cary Kaplan, president of Cosmos Sports, consulted the
Kalamazoo K-Wings of the ECHL on ticket sales, strategic
planning and overall revenue generation. William D
Johnston, owner of the Kalamazoo K-Wings, also owns the
Holiday Inn and the Radisson Hotel. After seeing how
Cary’s training is transferable to other industries,
Johnston had his hotel staff sit in on the training as
well.
