We begin every placement with a thorough interview and assessment of our candidates needs. We will address the candidate's previous work experience and future career ambitions. Having placed senior executives in roles across North America, Cosmos Sports knows the recruitment process better

Cosmos Sports provides full resume and cover letter consultation, encouraging tailored cover letters for every position. Cosmos Sports will provide two weekly electronic updates as well as frequent conversations throughout the week updating our clients on industry news and potential job
opportunities.

Our process is more in depth than simply reacting to online job postings. We are in contact with every major team in North America finding the job opportunities or front office changes before they are even public.
