Milena D'Agostino - Sports Account Executive
Milena is going into her 3rd year at Queen’s University hoping to attain an honours degree in Sociology. Through her many elective courses and involvement in the Queen’s community she gained a keen interest in Marketing and Public Relations. At Cosmos Sports she has helped organize a product launch for a new piece of protective headgear called the Noggin at the Hockey Hall of Fame featuring speakers of high prestige such as Wendel Clark and Kate Beirness.
Currently, she is working on recruiting teams for the inaugural ‘Festival of Football’, which is a charity soccer tournament benefiting West Park Healthcare Centre. She is also expanding her horizon by working on membership services with the Shaw Festival, and gaining valuable sales experience. As a social media junkie, Milena is also lending a hand in running Cosmos Sports’ twitter page, and is learning the ins and outs of how to run a successful social media page.
Milena has always had a passion in sports, as she played soccer and volleyball for most of her life and continues to be involved in intramural sports. She is also an avid hockey fan and enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Cornell Big Red. Milena hopes to combine her immense knowledge of the sports world with her past experiences to achieve success at Cosmos Sports.
