Before graduating from Brock University’s Sport Management program, Mitchell accepted a role through the school’s internship program with the ECHL’s Brampton Beast Hockey Club as the Game Day and Corporate Partnership Executive.

Upon completing his required 450+ hours with the Beast, Mitchell graduated from Brock with Honours, and was hired by Cosmos.As a Senior Sponsorship Analyst, Mitchell’s primary role is to deliver in-depth research for prospects and work to build out personalized proposals that bring activations to life.

Today, Mitchell continues to carry out these deliverables for all Cosmos’ properties.Most recently, Mitchell has become part of the ‘New Business’ team – looking to prospect new business ventures and generate new revenue streams for the company. He has also continued his relationship with the Beast, and operates as the Game Day Director during the season.
